No, Chime wears medium armor and sadly I don’t have any chars that need light armor that could trade stuff for it, but I’ll keep it in mind
Blix (T2 sorc) is an imp… and therefore naked and not carrying any weapons at all. He somehow ended up helping dwarves… partially against his will, but a contract is a contract.
They rewarded him with forged goods. He still has the vouchers for but did never pick them up.
One of those vouchers would be for a +2 weapon of your choice. Which he would love to trade for the brazier! Because… FIRE!!! The deal would certainly need to be signed in blood, but no worries he is a nine hells certified notary!
Chime already has a +2 weapon but was maybe looking for a rare weapon with some flavor, so he’ll have to refuse any such deal with Blix
If you have anything else in the rare category to offer up feel free to do that 
I realized my rogue Shroud could use the studded leather +1 and has a Stone of Controlling Earth Elementals - Magic Items - D&D Beyond to offer up. Maybe that would work too?
