For any player perturbed by the time constraint and in fear the jouney home might be a potential ordeal, no worries. The S-Bahn is merely 1.1km away. Perhaps not as convenient as the bus, but in-service all night, so you will not have a spontaneous camping experience along the majestic, very much blue Danube forced upon you.

Yes, you won’t be stranded if you miss the bus. About 1km away is the S-Bahn and U6, and about 1 km away in the other direction is the U1, so there are definitely options. Although if you’re into camping, more power to you.

i will have both prepped and we will see what demand there is. sorry if thats not helpful but i have heard some people wanted more variety in terms of tier play so wanted to provide the option.

Unfortunately, we’re at the table max for this week, especially since it’s a trial run. But there should be other open tables, and hopefully we’ll get to game together some time in the future!

For those new to VALUE or D&D:
The mechanics… how to play the game, etc, will be very easy, and I’m happy to walk through anything you’d like. I can also meet you early if you’d like to create a character (you can also create one in advance), and I can also provide a character for you. Just let me know.
Play Style: This table is a bit of an experiment on creating a eerie environment at a VALUE game. I’m going to call it “Campfire Story Rules”.
If we were all sitting around a campfire, doing our best to tell scary stories, we might laugh and make jokes when there isn’t a story going on. But when someone is trying their absolute best to tell a scary story, we wouldn’t want to interrupt them with a joke and break the mood.
Same thing here. When we’re in the middle of dark and evil events… do your best to imagine yourself there, and take them seriously. How would your character actually feel in the event, if their life was really at stake? However, when it’s a downtime… between events, or if your characters are at a tavern relaxing, or such, then feel free to be more relaxed and joking. It’s D&D, we should have fun.

I’m running a trial run of some travel rules for 4-5 players which will likely be a full table for me already. But if there’s 1 more person that wants to join I can probably take them.
