We’ve also been asked that people limit gathering right outside the door as much as possible. Short smoke breaks aren’t a problem, we just don’t want to disturb the neighbors.
Post below if you are coming - all tables are open. Players of any level of experience are welcome.
In the first session, our players created an amazing, unique city filled with countless riches and a chaotic but well-meaning people. Their creation was so wondrous that when the city met its fated destruction, a powerful immortal intervened and teleported the city to a new land to preserve it.
In the second session, the characters pursued primitive kidnappers who had taken the city’s most significant figures from the rubble of the apocalypse. The party explored the new land looking for resources at the same time, as the creation magic the city was dependent on would not function. Herds of giant bison, aurochs, and mammoths roamed the fields while pteranodon’s with 100’+ wingspans sailed the air and even larger creatures prowled the waters. After creating new animals and plantlife, making friends with the former, only for them to turn on the party, they finally tracked down the original kidnappers, who were already slain. The party witnessed a dispute between pony-riding orcs dressed in bright yellow clothes and iron-wielded humans with intricate stone carvings, and captured the leader of one of the bands.
Will they be able to find their missing comrades? Will the city survive this strange world under an eternally shining red sun? We will find out Friday!
I will be along; running T1/low T2, adventure continues at Spelljammer Academy.
This is set on (and above) Faerun, standard 5e, no specific content warnings - nothing that did not appear in the Pirates of the Carribbean movies.
Only prerequisite - your adventurer decided for whatever reason to sign up for the space navy; potentially on the basis of a very enthusiastic pamphlet bragging about how good the food is and how exotic the adventures are.
Really wish I could come. Unfort my IRL PC has a really big quest this weekend starting friday I hope I can be there next time. Hope yall have lots of fun. Go and make the Academy proud
