I should mention that we already have 2/4 players that I would like to have. And we are shooting for Tier 1 of play, meaning characters that range from levels 1 through 4. (each character may bring 1 magic item (of either common or uncommon rarity) into the adventure in Tier 1)

just to clarify
… the T1 item must come from another V.A.L.U.E. adventure you have played with this character

and if you are playing a new T1 character, they have to start at level 1
