I planned elsewhere already (tried to reach my friends on that to change it to play, no luch so far, So no 100%, but if yes, then it could be me +2 people).
Would that be T2 @Arthilas ? I have T1-T3 characters prepared, but I guess @FrozenKimchi doesn’t have T3. I would prefer T2 too.
I could run other tiers too, but I’d like to know aoon whether to prepare something 
If we know that we’re playing with you today, then i’d prefer teir-2 but i’m all for tier-1 as well So really I am going with the flow! But honestly, if we are still in question by afternoon (15-16-ish) then i’ll just pass this week to make other plans ^^"…

@blueblaze Just realized that its PF and I cant simply grab one of my existing 5e chars a minute before the game starts - how would you like to proceed regarding character creation? Shall I report at 1830 to kindly ask for assistance in creation or is simply running a premade more feasible? Should the latter present your preferred option, am I to obtain one myself or will you be so kind as to hand them out? My apologies for the late realization that this weeks game requires increased amounts of preparation on my part - shall bring snacks as consolation.

In the event that @blueblaze doesn’t see this in time, last time the party leveled up to level 2 and he generally allows all PF2e remastered sources.
Easiest way to build a character is https://pathbuilder2e.com/ (also has an android app) that lets you build a character using vanilla building rules quickly and for free. It’s very hard to do anything broken or stupid with the 15GP starting limit.
Its all legal because all of the character options are part of the Open Game License
