To bring this back on track, Beaver Brewing in the 9th is a very pleasant place to play some games. Probably best to make a reservation; it can fill up at times.

Heyy! The Paradice game bar at Yppenplatz closed down a while ago. Unless they had re-opening but I don’t think so. They now have a collab with JOE&JOE Wien (Europaplatz 1/6, the elevators next to IKEA, 5th floor).
I play a lot of board games (they have free ones from Paradice) there but I’ve also seen people play TTRPGs. They don’t mind at all, on the contrary 
Sometimes there are events going on that can be pretty loud so I would check in advance.
just maybe avoid (rpg-wise) Wednesdays 'cause they have Drag Karaoke there
… that is actually pretty funny, but it might be a bit too loud to run RPGs on the same floor
