2 Seats Left! NEW PLAYER FRIENDLY - Spire Drop in/Drop out Season 2 - (10/10) Final Meltdown

Hi RPGers!

Please find the intro to my second Spire session season here . This is the LAST session of season 2, bringing to a close a new chapter of Spire storyline!

While the DCF and Spire Council are in disarray after the loss of the DCH HQ and Lord Errin Jubilant-The-Devoted on the same day, the Vys cultists are desparate. While the bishops of the Solar Pantheon argue how harmful it was to divert resources from the Paladins (who had clearly been doing a better job), the Ministry has heard reports of large numbers of DCF forces and previously unknown cultists making their way quickly towards the Gardens - to do what, they are not sure. At least the recovered vials of empowered virus have allowed Ministry scientists to develop a blunt form of Vys vaccine, that seems to remove the person’s access to the Vys hive mind, but also disintegrates a good portion of their insides until they can replace the cells with natural ones; it looks painful. Chaos now reigns in most districts, with Vigilites engaging and torching the now headless DCF offices, at least in the few hours until the army reserve forces make their way onto Spire’s streets, but Vyra agrees to escort the Ministry cell with her closest companions to the Gardens to see what’s going on. Whatever it is, it feels like a last ditch attempt by the Vys before they are slowly wiped from the population!

Let me know if you’re interested! (If you are repeat players from my one-shots or sessions, you will be able to add an additional Low Advance to your existing character ahead of the game).

As before, I have attached all the materials needed to create a character from the choice of 15 classes. These characters have resistances (Blood, Mind, Silver, Reputation and Shadow) that can be impacted in the game instead of hit points. You should start with the Spire Characters file first if you would like to create a character, as it gives all the necessary approach directions. An extra piece of help, however, is that if you are provided the same Domain or Skill twice, you can gain a Knack, which allows you to roll with mastery. A knack is a more focused version of the domain or skill. For example, if you got the Fight skill twice, you could choose to have a knack in fighting with blades and you could roll with mastery whenever you fought with a bladed weapon.
