Yes, I said whazzup. I know I’m old. I fondly (because everything totally was better in the Good Old Days™, don’t you know?) remember not only the 90s, but a time before the WWW, AD&D 1st edition, the days of dial phones, and an era when dinosaurs, well, okay, Ronald Reagan, still reigned over the world, well, at least the US.
So basically just your average Gen X dude, except for the part where most people tend to guess I must be a Millenial because of my luxurious hair, digital nativeness (did I mention I remember Mosaic?), and mostly only sounding really old when I do so in a mildly self-deprecating way.
Anyway. Due to all manner of upheaval in my life, after a fairly long hiatus, I’m looking to get back into RPGs. I don’t much care about the system (because even if I know it, I’m probably an edition or two behind the times), as long as it allows and ideally even empowers quirky character concepts that don’t fit neatly into some sort of unholy trinity of roles (so presumably no D&D 4e for me).
Based in the South of Vienna, I’m really mostly looking to find a stable, long-term group. I’ve been seriously over creating interesting characters for one-shots for over a decade, and you don’t want me to show up for a one-shot with a cookie-cutter fighter because I might just charge in yelling, idk, “Leeeeroy!” or something.
