What Comes Next?

Hi RPGers!

As you may have noticed, across the last 2 years I have been running first one-shots and then two 10-session seasons of Spire set in my own custom setting, including a couple of goes at Heart: Vermissian Black Ops. Alongside this, when not enjoying my time as a D&D player, I have also tried my hand at GMing Salvage Union at a few Friday nights.

I have found, as many others already experience, that I don’t have the time to do everything! Especially when balancing my commitments as a player vs a GM. So I wanted to ask you! - Going forwards, what would you be most excited for me to run? I have restricted options to max 2 to help with prioritisation, and because I may be able to take on 2 things concurrently!:

  • Spire Season 3 (with custom story arc already in mind)
  • Heart Season 1 (custom Heart crawler, drawing inspiration from base books, not Vermissian Black Ops)
  • Salvage Union (pilots and Mechs! Needs more system learning, but could finish/rerun Rainmaker or choose another scenario)
  • Trialling Break! RPG (new fantasy system with many character options, but also a lot of world stats!)

(I still reserve the right to run what I feel is right, but I really want feedback on what you want! And just because I don’t run something in the near future doesn’t mean I won’t later.)

Congrats on wrapping up the second season! Was delighted to have been there for 2 of the sessions and wish I could’ve caught more! But I will look forward to what you run next!

I miss Salvage Union, but Heart links better with Spire and I can’t wait to see more of it!

Looks like I’ll need to run a Heart :wink: . I’m glad everyone is interested in that!
