Sounds about perfect. We could have a game of Pendie with the regulars and whoever would consider joining the campaign and a one shot for the muggles…
All right, I’ll cook up a little something for the stragglers …
“Pendie”?
Unfortunately duty keeps me away from the gaming table: the past two weeks I was away for various meetings and today I’m stuck on working on a paper for tomorrow.
Yeah, Pendie! I hope you guys had fun!
I always like how you can go from Marriage ceremonies and Chivalrous courtly maneuverings to hot-blooded Saxon murder within a couple of minutes in this game… ![]()
We need more BLOOD! some time soon i hope!
We sure do.
Is there anything in the books for next week?
I can offer a continuation of several games:
Apocalypse World, by default with Alrik, Darthbinks, -H- and Thopthes
(I would still run this if 1 player should be missing, also 1 or 2 new ones might join if interest exists and attending players’ numbers call for it)
Into the Gormendark (Dungeon World “one-shot”, part 2), originally started with Alrik, Chylli, Simon, (and this one guy whose name I can’t remember for the life of me… played a human barbarian… a buddy of Darthbinks I believe…)
The Forest of Life (DW, ongoing mini-campaign) originally started with Chylli, Melchior and Simon
(for the DW games, I’d love to keep the original members around, although a new addition would not be impossible to pull off)
Yes to all of that! However, -H- said he wanted to start some indie campaign thing this week and I’d love to play that. Curse you, Harald, if that’s just a ruse to trick me into playing Rolemaster… Everything about it screams “It’s a trap!”

I’ll be there, to play anything available
Darn, if -H- is indeed starting an indie game, I’d love to play in that, too… ![]()
Still, if there is a chance to wrap some games up, I might just go for that. Provided the right combination of people show up, which can never be known for sure in advance
I would never, ever, lay any traps for my players, nor would I ever provide less than complete information about the game or genre being played. Sheesh.
In any case, I can easily postpone Rolem…, er, the “indie campaign” I’ve been planning. I’d be happy to play Apocalypse World again (although it would be best if everyone continuing on could be there), and equally happy to cook up a little something for table #2 if others are playing Dungeon World. It would be nice to know fairly soon, though.
See you on Thursday!
I’m not sure whether I’ll make it this week. I’ll let you know by wednesday

Sounds like a plan. Finish up a loose end, and I’ll step aside and put what I was planning on hold for a bit. Wrapping up loose ends is always a worthy cause.
Since I assume that’ll be D-World rather than A-World, should I go ahead and cook up a little something for the other table?
And if possible, we really should figure out who’s going to show up, at least as a non-binding rough estimate.
I’ll show up - roughly estimated…
Yeah, looks like Dungeon World with either
Chyli, Melchior and Simon or
Chyli, Simon and me (and Bazhell IIRC).
Which one should it be?
All four ? ![]()
Ok, I’ll skip this week and join next time. Have fun and see you guys!
You could always jump in, I am sure.
Yeah that was by no means my intention, Tam. That’s just one game. As -H- said, there will be a second one!
Wow, guys, no! That’s not what I meant at all!
Of course I know it wasn’t your intention! (+ of course I would’ve jumped into one of the games if I could join on Thursday
)
What I meant (and it was really very clumsy the way I wrote it, SORRY about that!
) is - I’m gonna have to sit one Thursday night out every once in a while and now it works out simpler (from my point of view) when there are ongoing games that I haven’t joined from the beginning anyway
So, please don’t take it the wrong way and sorry again for the clumsy formulation! And see you next week
