Changes to the Homebrew Point Buy system?

  • Yes the higher attributes will now cost 3 points instead of 2. There will be a new table showing it when we make the updated rules post

Should Downleveling be allowed?

  • No it will not be allowed.

Magic item rarity and gold limit in T0 games?

  • The gold limit will be 160 as in T1 games
  • The legal magic items will be common and uncommon, as in T1 games

New limits in dropping magic items?

  • There will be alternate magic item drop limits.

Should Chime of Opening remain a T1 magic item?

  • Yes should remain a T1 magic item

Should legendary ability score modifying items be drop-able in T4 games?

  • Yes they will be.

Do consumable magic items (1 charge) count as magic item drops?

  • No, they do not count as such

What limit should there be in consumable drops?

  • Maximum of 1 item per player

Are non-magical spellbooks considered to be consumables?

  • No, they are items

Should there be a retrain option for spells for not-wizards?

  • Yes there will be one, according to the retrain rules

Should the scroll scribing rules be changed to reflect downtime days and costs?

  • Yes they will be changed to the following model

Should there be a limit on downtime days spent between adventures?

  • No, there will not be a limit

I should have thought to ask this sooner, but I’m going to ask anyways, because I’d like to play as a wizard that’s going to learn all spells in the new season.

Is there or will there be a downtime activity by which you can learn new spells as a wizard without leveling up? Exchanging spellbooks with other wizards at the table is a rare and unreliable method for learning new spells. (Except for learning new spells from level up) And spellbook drops after a game are even rarer.

I think you used the wrong image at “Are non-magical spellbooks considered to be consumables?”. I think you accidentally reused the image of the one before it. (I like the rule changes, gw)
