I’d like to run my new homebrew one-shot called “Out of the Dark” set in the Underdark for 4-5 players (2014/5e) for T1
(This is a slightly modified version of what I ran at Requisite last week)
The premise takes heavy inspiration from “Out of the Abyss”:
We meet our adventurers having been on the run for several hours after fleeing the prison of the Drow outpost Velkynvelve during the chaos of a demon attack (miraculously having been able to retrieve all of their equipment).
The goal of this combat-focused one shot is to find a way back to the surface. While this is set in the Underdark, any kind of backstory/species is fine due to having been imprisoned by the Drow.
I’ll be using some Table Rules, that are also attached below. Nothing too odd, mostly potion, crit, surprise stuff.
