Hello i would like to ask the core members of VALUE, do i need a permission to start DMing the arranged days we usually play and if i need to know any special rules?
You should find everything you need in:
The V.A.L.U.E. Rules under the point “DM-ING”.
And no, you can just declare, that you intend to DM in one of the VALUE posts and inform possible player about what’s expecting them (official adventure/homebrew, general theme, play tier, …)
Normally people then mention their interest or just come to your table a few minutes before starting!
