Neil, I sent a PM to Dov and 15 minutes later noticed it is still sitting in my outbox. Is this a site feature or bug?
AFAIK it stays in the Outbox until it has been read by the recipient, that’s at least my experience with phpBB forums.

As Philipp explained, the PM stays in the Outbox until the recipient reads it.
