Open D&D Table - Episode 111: On This Stone Cold Summer Night (Season Premiere)

Given the old adage of 22 shows in a tv season, not that that’s a thing any more, this marks the premiere of Season 6. Or something like that.

And as we know, sixth seasons are always surefire winners! This is going to be great! Just like Lost! Hang on a minute …

In any case, given the recent conclusion of some major events and radical changes to the game world, then yeah, this does feel like a season shift. Not to mention the introduction of a brand new villain … beloved novelist Thomas Pynchon!

It also seems like a good opportunity for new players to join. If you’re interested, drop me a line.

D&D like it’s '83. Try it sometime.

The season we’ve all been waiting for. Valis exposes it all. With the Norton-published autobiography soon hitting shelves across the princessipality, the heat is about to turn up - scandals, affairs, even tavern restroom stories. Nothing is sacred; no one will be spared.

Everybody should check with their local snake petting zoo to see if the book tour will be stopping there.

Well, all I can say is that you’re going to love today’s session.

Introducing … The Valis Fan Club!

The full list of sessions (and some other stuff) can be found at Dernard’s Notes: AD&D (2022) , a short summary of the session can be found at Session 111 – “Valis of the two swords … and the bleeding nose”

At this point, the whole game is just Valis fanfic.
