New to DnD, hello there!

Always wanted to try it but never had any friends interested in it. Then I found this site and the events, hoping to see a table announced for a complete beginner like me!

I played some PC RPGs like BG3, or Icewind Dale back in the “good old days”, but curious how DnD is in person. I imagine the experience is even better with some nice people around than just me pushing buttons on my controller

Maybe on a Saturday? :eyes:

It’s not ideal for me sorry :frowning: I’m rarely free on Saturdays

the VALUE sessions are a good place to start if Friday evenings are ok. something is always happening there. 5e is what’s mainly played together with Daggerheart which is growing more and more.

Thanks, I’m checking those threads and love the activity! I just need to find a game where I can join as a beginner, so far the ones posted seem more advanced. @AGmilky was also very kind and offered advice, should I find myself in need of it.

@sophia007161 are Friday evenings completely out of question for you?

Unfortunately yes.. I have a young kid and she’s only at her dads house on Saturdays so I really have to plan around that :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

The Friday night games are open table - some will be ongoing stories or more complex but there is almost always a table suitable for beginners at either WoWkeepers or Die Requisite - if you mention on any Fridays post a) you would like to come and b) you are a beginner then you should get pointed towards an appropriate table.

Thanks! I already posted there, just waiting for a beginner table to be mentioned.
