Hi there, I recently arrived in Vienna, and I’d like to get one (or more) groups together to play DnD, Daggerheart, Draw Steel, or anything in between.
I’ve been playing DnD since 2006, and have been DM for almost as long, and I like narrative, epic, emotional stories with lots of fun and cozy moments sprinkled in.
I have a bunch of Campaign Setting books I backed on Kickstarter which I’d love to try out, such as Broken Weave, Obojima, Aetherial Expanse, Humblewood, Heart, but I like the classics as well such as Forgotten Realms and Eberron.
Let me know if you are interested, and I’ll organize a meeting where we can hammer out the details and see if we are a good fit

Based on the amount of people we might even have 2 groups
I plan on putting together a meeting we can talk about what everyone is interested in experiencing within a game, when they are available generally, do a vibe check, sort of a session zero.

According to some conversations, the first game is going to be an Obojima game, which is basically Studio Ghibi RPG.
If you are interested in this kind of game, let me know, if you would play something else, also let me know (we’ll make another group for that too)
Personally I would prefer a more classical setting as I hadn’t play a lot and still hunger for more deep experiences before venturing into such settings.
I’m new to tabletop RPGs but really interested in joining a campaign. I live near Vienna and could probably play 1–2 times per month. Wouldn’t mind online either if that’s an option.
I like fantasy, but I’m also into eldritch horror and sci-fi, so I’m open to different genres. Would you be open to a complete beginner joining?
I have made a Discord server so I could create a poll where we could vote on when everyone is generally available to play, andto see what worlds and stories we would be interested in, so I could create groups (and campaigns) based on that.
