Hi, I’m a new DM currently trying to put a game together for some friends, and I realized that I would like to have a DM screen. Since I am not that good at crafting my own, I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a good place to buy one from that is not Amazon. I really appreciate anyone taking the time to answer this question!
Depending on how much money you want to spend, etsy has some great ones.
For cheaper options until you know what you want, the following things also work:

those cheat protectors you have in school, you can draw on them and add plastic pockets to put information in

2 clipboards made to hold together by tape.

for stuff like this you could always go to siren games
but obviously there are more affordable options than “official” dm screens 
(and also a lot more expensive ones)
I didn’t know Siren Games had DM screens! Where in the store are they?
probably best to ask an employee haven’t been there myself in a while, but they do have them on the online store so presumably they have them in store too

I always loved making my screen, deciding what tables go on it, what artwork goes on the outside, for me that was part of being a DM. I do understand not everybody has the time, but you can look up downloadable free DM Screen tables, pdfcoffee should have some, then it is just cardboard tape, glue and you do not need to have an imagination, but being a DM, it is advisable, lol.

I was going to have a go at crafting some dice boxes & DM screens this Autumn. If you let me know any features/style design you’d like, you are welcome to have the prototype! (Although, the first go might be terrible of course 
)
They have the Dragon Shield DM screens, which are around 45 bucks.
