A political game which uses the 2d20 system (you want to roll low). My one shot would deal with a family that deals with the takeover of the Harkonens after the Fall of the Atreides. Video
Blades in the Dark
A game about heists and mysteries using the famous clocks. I don’t have a specific thing yet but it will be a heist. Video
A system about magical girls using the Forged in the Dark system (similar to Blades in the Dark). The session would deal with magical girls in a doomed world.
An easy rpg about little fairy folk in a big abandoned house. You roll d6 and look for equal faces. I would run a one shot in the Samaraknid the upside down city. Video
I will run things on a Saturday (or a Friday once I’m finished with Ravnica)
All of these are easier than DnD and I will provide premade characters if wished so.
Here’s to hoping that we will actually play some other systems. Every now and then a new interest check crops up with no changes resulting from it.
Systems I’m particularly interested in are Call of Cthulhu and Vampire the Masquerade / World of Darkness. Although I’m open to try pretty much anything, including playing old systems again (like DnD 3.5 or Pathfinder)
I’m also always available for another game of Itras By. It’s delightfully chaotic ^^
I’d totally join Call of Cthulhu and Vampire: the Masquerade game. Or anything vampire themed
What about The One Ring? (saw it on sale)) anyone familiar with it?
P.S. the systems I could DM (most likely poorly) are Dread and Dungeon World.
Because you are all interested in Call of Cthulhu maybe we can meet up for a game? Generally I have time on weekends, Tuesdays, and some Wednesday and Thursdays.
I would run an adventure from Kult: Divinity Lost ported into CoC.
Either:
The Atrocity Exhibition: You get an invitation to an exhibition of a famous painter. But perhaps his paintings are stranger than usual. (More Exploration)
Gallery of Souls: A Mob Boss wants a famous painter. But he is not the only one. (More Investigation)
A lot of these sound wonderful! I would especially love to try (and would commit to attending):
Girl by Moonlight (reminds me of Puella Magi Madoka Magica)
Dune
Star Trek
New Fire
I really enjoy Call of Cthulhu (and can run it), but if the goal is to have people experience new things, I would defer to those who have never played before.
Cool that we could already gather a group to play!
I’m unfortunately not very flexible, as i have 2 small kids… I’d prefer a weekend afternoon/evening or a thursday evening. But from Mid-September, as we’re on vacation/planned out up till then. So please dont mind me
Call of Cthulhu is one I always wanted to try. If the meetup poll has not happened yest, I would like to join. But in general, I have a pretty flexible schedule
