Hi,
So the story is that I had to build a diorama type display as part of my old job, and since I needed some custom people to go in the display I decided to get a heroforge subscription. I then forgot I had the subscription for the last few months so I’ve been accumulating credits. I want to cancel the subscription, but I want to spend th credits before I do. I don’t have enough ideas to justify spending them on my own characters. I’m happy to share with the group here if people want them.
My printer is back in Ireland so I won’t be able to print them for you, but I was hoping that maybe someone else here would have access to one and be willing to share the use of it.
I have 20 credits that I’m happy to share so if people have characters designed that they’d like to download let me know. I’ll be first come first served and I think I’ll keep it to 1 per person for the moment and see how many people want them.
It should be possible to send a link to a mini that you’ve designed, then I can download it and I’ll put them all in a google drive and share the link here.
I’m going to cancel the subscription before the next billing date so sooner is better than later.
TLDR Free hero forge download credits. Post a link below and I’ll download it for you.
8/20 remaining
FYI if you use the kitbashing feature it seems to count as two minis so costs two credits. Just bear that in mind when designing them.
that would be awesome! Here are a few characters I’d like to have the STL files for:
There are more of course, but I don’t want to use up all your credits
I’m also considering ordering a bunch of acrylic standees for my minis, especially for those difficult or impossible to 3D print - unfortunately we can’t yet print floating parts in a way that they stay in place once the supports are removed.
They look cool. As I said, I’ll keep it to one per person for the moment and see how many people want one. I’d rather give 1 to 20 people than 20 to one person.
Which would you like me to start with? If there’s not much interest by some time next week then I’ll open it up for multiples.
It’s like the stars aligned !!!. I’ve been looking like a madman for a mini for my character, but never thought of building and printing one myself . My one does not have colors at all yet, because I rather play with them once I have the mini with me. I don’t have that many paints yet, and the first attempt was of… questionable quality, let’s say.
