Here is where it first appeared publicly but went into another thread I can’t find right now.
Then Xaoseed published it. This is where it appears again. People gave their opinions. Here it was still preliminary and open to discussion.
Then it appeared on the list of important links in value games
I tried to keep it open to reasonable complaints. Some things even changed.
