Balthazar is a poltergeist now, bound to the “Succubus Club”

• should his killer be slain or the building be burned down, his soul could move on
• you managed to convince the Balthazar to a sort of cooperation

• this vampire’s blood is so potent, that they only can sustain themselves on other vampire’s blood
• this vampire is a master of Celerity (supernatural speed), and likely Banu Haqim, Bruja, or Toreador
• this ancient vampire killed a handful of vampires in a Hunger frenzy when waking up
• when such an ancient is “full”, it can last quite a while and needs only to feed sparingly
• one of the younger vampires survived … amybe the one who had the book? (Winnifred?)
• this ancient vampire was resting in Torpor (vampire hybernation) in the crypt of the “Succubus Club”

Rewards

• 475 GP total (200 for rescuing Shamus, 250 for playing a key role in the trade treaty between the Duergar and the local Dwarves and 25 for “The Deal” with Petra Tannis, the local Herbalist.)

• Your Choice of either an Armour of Resistance, damage type is necrotic OR a brazier of sumoning fire elementals as a magic item

• 20 Downtime days to level up your character (10 days per level) or do other Stuff

Aftermath

By conviving the local Duergar Population that trade is a better way to avoid hunger rather than consuming poisonous underdark shrooms or stealing cattle you managed to bring about some peace in the area around Trois,… Wouldn’t there be the shrooms… In the months to come the situation worsened again because of a Shroom epidemic and many people turned into gnomes, some of them never to recover… Still, the local kingdom is taking measures against it as soon as it became a drag on the Town’s productivity and awareness centers opened around town to dampen the crisis. I think we all learned a great lesson that day: don’t do drugs, or you may turn into a gnome, a fate we can agree is worse than death. (Quote random wizard here.)
