Atmospheric lighting recommendations?

Hi all!

Do any of you use atmopheric lighting for your home games?

If so, what is your setup? I would like to know about the type of lamps (floor, table, or otherwise) and how they are positioned on/around your table.

Thanks in advance  and I hope you all have a lovely weekend!

Great question, interested to see peoples answers - if only because I do nothing about this myself and I’d love to hear from others.

2 - 3 candlesticks from Hannibals (which is a store chain). They burn brighly and don’t drip. Especially when they are new, aka long, that means the light source is higher up, giving everyone good reading light.

You can source candle holders fitting the vibe of just about every type of game (except sci-fi I guess) from any flea market.

That’s how I’ve been doing it for my Viking Fantasy home games and it really helps with immersion and keeping everyone’s focus on the table.

Sounds like a great idea… unless you need to sacrifice light and warmth to calm down an angry goddess… :snowflake:

I’m guessing that’s an inside reference I have no chance of understanding ?
