Not sure how strict the tier stuff usually is but would be alright with me as long as you’re aware that every other character will be level 5 
That would be fine with me.
Have you played at VALUE before? Technically there’s a restriction that if you haven’t, you need to start at either level 1 or level 5.
Practically that really doesn’t make sense at the moment since we are only a few weeks from a character and rules reset but just thought I’d point it out in case you join again after the reset
(Mentioning this because the post indicates that you are a first-time poster, which may or may not mean you are a first-time VALUE-player )

Hi, I’ve been there three times (always with friends up til now). But that was with another character - If it helps I could make this one a lvl 5.

I’ll be there to join a T1/2 table.
Because of work I’ll probably be late and there around 19:15.
The DM said level 4 is fine, so it’s fine
In that case if you’d want to make that character a lvl 5 with the Value rules for T5 that would be great. Specifically also for the inventory etc. in case you’ve played them somewhere else before… or making a new character would be fine too
Or leaving them at lvl 4 is also okay!

This seems to be quite fun. I’d like to join up and support the matchmaking efforts.
Any further details as to what kinds of characters are closest to the designed adventuring fantasy? I don’t want to bring something alien.
