the important TL;DR Houserules version for new players:
- use only stuff officially published by WotC
- we still use the 2014 rules (so far)
- we use Point-Buy to determine ability scores
- some limits (not ban) on Flying Races in T1
- some limits on Feats for Custom Lineage
- no firearms
- a new T2 (level 5) character gains +320gp and ONE magic item from the list below
