Blupploppleen gave you a beautiful seashell as a sign of the favor of Blipdoolpoolp, the Deep Mother. Kuo-Toa will recognize this and treat you well in their villages and on travels.
Additionally you can channel the power of your seashell and force an enemy to make a Strength saving throw after he was hit by an attack or spell, or be pushed 10 feet and take additional 2d10 cold damage.
