Hi, I’m interested in joining the dnd Friday V.A.L.U.E. game. I’m new to rpgvienna and I wanted to know if I should bring my own dice and if the character sheet can be digital (on the dnd beyond app). I’ve read the rules but if there’s anyone willing to give me a few tips about my first visit I’ll gladly accept it

Bringing dice isn’t strictly necessary since you can digitally roll them, but if you want physical ones, it’s probably best to bring yours. And the character sheet can be digital no problem!
So another question that popped up is - should I make a lvl 1 or lvl 5 character? Are there currently any available games for lvl 1 characters or should I wait?
We currently have one T1 game (which is for Lv3-4 characters) and up to two T2 games (which are for Lv5-11) characters, so making a Lv5 character probably makes more sense
I also don’t know if you’ve read our house rules yet, so just in case: Our V.A.L.U.E. House Rules
you could also create a level 3 character
btw. if you need help with character creation, please try to be ~40min early

This one is set in my own homebrew world and is a one-shot I hold dear. So not so exandria related. Its one of 35 5e one shots i got for free ages ago and I wanted to use this occasion to rerun it. Regardless, I’d love to have you there for it. 
otherwise chances are high I’ll go for another replay around Valentine’s day.

Regardless of setting, I would like to play at meister table. Would bring a fresh T2 char, gishy martial 
And yes Exandria would have been awesome

update: have to cancel because unexpected events, so will not be there this week
