Saturating the V.A.L.U.E market

since 4 potential DMs seem to be enough
I’d would prefer to play, and not prep anything

(if all else fails, I could always improv a light hearted Ravenloft adventure :man_vampire:)

Sorry for cancelling the day before, but I won’t make it tomorrow after all. Wishing you all a lovely time!

My son will be joining be tomorrow, he can bring T1 or T2

I’m sorry, but I’m feeling a bit ill today, so I won’t be able to make it today. Wishing everyone a good and fun afternoon!

I wont be coming after all, sorry for short notice!

I unfortunately have to pass for today

Might be 5 minutes late. Seems there’s a disruption in the trams from Karlsplatz due to a demonstration

On my way, same issue xD

My son is also running late, rerouted due to a demonstration

I would like to thank @BDave @Saphira @Darthbinks @Takanari and the player who played our brave Ranger Marc who joined my little practice session.

“The Ascent”: Your party arrived in the village of Lobare, meeting many a strange figure. The town’s villagers seemed to be worshipping the Miracle or what they called the High Wills. Meeting the villagers, you noticed that they were surprisingly eager to be punished for their actions. You also noticed that the local flora and fauna had been changed somehow. Upon further inspection, you managed to attribute these strange happenings to a being high up in the nearby mountain. After a cozy rest in the village’s stables, you made your way up the mountain, meeting Treugar, a local inhabiting a swamp you found on your ascent of the mountain. Once you reached what the villagers had been raving about, you found a long network of bridges leading over a crater. As you began your approach, you noticed the fog sticking to you, clinging on to you bit by bit. You found some strange statues, some bells, and a crazed clerical knight which you all managed to dispose of with ease. You managed to reach the “Garden of Silent Sorrow” in which a being in the fog preyed upon the party, picking you off one by one. Defeating this foe was not an easy feat, but yet you managed to take this mimicking horror down. Upon this task, you met the old god that has been inhabiting this castle. Castigo is his name, and although his powers are those of pure evil, his intentions seem benevolent. He has a request for you but this will be continued another day…

Castigo blesses your party with one of the following items:

  • Devotees censer
  • A Necklace of prayer beads Containing the follwing spells • 1 charge of “Bless” •1 charge of “Branding smite •1 charge of “Greater restoration” • 1 charge of “Planar ally” Additionally, the party received the following home-brew story awards:

“Green Thumb… or Green Arm?”: After Marc intently resisted the mutually beneficial symbiosis between the living moss and his right arm, Nusku, with the help of Dukrir’s masterfully created surgeon’s tools (a saw), managed to separate the two and acquire a new friend in the form of the living moss.

Nussku now has a living Moss Pet🌳

Marc has a thorn ingrown in place of his right arm🥀

A Tale of Two Wills: After cradling a kind tree and desecrating an evil one, the party managed to find a secret room of the castle which bore a strange diary entry and a button which seemed to be an eye.

The party now possesses a “Button eye” :nazar_amulet:

Castigo’s Blessing: Finding out about the presence of an adventuring party within his domain, Castigo reached out, and Nusku answered, being taken into Castigo’s realm and meeting the god face to face.

The party can now telepathically contact Castigo And additionally choose to worship him if you’d like to dip into cleric (death domain).

I hope you all enjoyed yourself as much as I did:). And I’d love to see you join the mini campaign that this will turn out to be in the near future!

Did anyone happen to write down our loot from this session? I forgot. @Rayce_Kaiser @Col_Mustard_Ret @DnDmom @SilentButDeadly @Lenzi-boy and anyone I might have forgotten…

Jan-Pierre did manage to loot a pair of Bracers of Celerity before he abandoned the party

I do not remember us doing much of looting. Kendra lost her dagger and got 3 shiny looking stones from the inners of the mountain. Some of you guys bought some of achmeds camel stuff. Other than that still waiting on the report.

I mean surely the mindflayer would reward us for saving his life, but then again… he might not have gotten a chance to in his prison…
