Update: I am now home on work leave. Will not come today
Dead set on joining
(If youâll have me)
rocking appropriate tunes till later
Of course man
Sorry for the late reply despite the ping, Iâd love to join the Mork Borg table if you guys still have room for one more.
Otherwise Iâm happy to join any other table or DM something in a pinch.
Yes! Of course!
Sure, you are welcome!
If someone wants to randomize a character in MorkBorg, here is an official generator:
Iâm afraid Iâll have to cancel. Not feeling too great
I also had to go to the ER today and wonât be making it to D&D. Iâm mostly fine now I think but canât make it to D&D. I wish you lots of fun!
@BufoBufo I hope youâre doing ok and will better soon
Iâll be there at 19:15, running a bit late. Please start without me!
I ahould be arriving on point 19:00 if all goes well, maybe 5 mins late, ugh took a later train than usually, thought it wouldnât make a big difference, but it did.
@Atanen @snnTV, @snnTVâs +1 and @raccoongoblin, thank you all so much for playing âOops! All Oozesâ! I hope you all had fun on this rather dangerous adventure! The mayor of Norwich, Eshaira Yeslynn, hands you these rewards in Gideonâs place:
- 400 GP
- 20 downtime days
- Your choice of either a Cube of Force or a Periapt of Proof against Poison
- You also get to keep the magic item you chose from Derrylâs shop as a story-time award!
As for what happened to the town afterwards⌠the ooze monsters that were spotted have stopped appearing a few days after your party has left the town. Whether it is tied to you defeating the Hydragon, or if it is the forestâs âmagicâ that has razed them down⌠whoâs to say. Gideon has also vanished and not returned in that time⌠though maybe heâs just busy. And life just goes on in the quaint little mining town of Norwich⌠at least for now.
A hearty thank you to @Bobby723, @driow123âs +1 and @Mat for joining me on this adventure. You truly broke the module I brought and that makes happy, beacuase starting a revolution made the game way more interresting for me. Anyway what happened after your adventure you may ask? Well
Aftermath for the Characters
Out of this adventure each one of your characters get:
-
20 Downtime Days (Didnât forget to mention them this time, yayy)
-
Your already mentioned 150 Gold pieces
-
Another already mentioned item, a Quaalâs Feather Token, Fan, a one use consumable that I think fits the setting of a coastal town. Courtesy of Mr. Kamarow.
-
And a Marinerâs Leather Armor, Grog reinforced your hazmat suits with hard boiled leather. Enjoy.
But what about the 2 shortswords you got gifted from the Goblin and found on that skeleton? Yea, their magic ran out eventually they are now mundane. Since I am not allowed to give out more than 1 consumable and 1 magic item per game.
Aftermath for the town
After you made the town aware of the councilâs doings things didnât go out well for them. The confrontation with Malvus, the head of the noble council had him retire from his spot and new elections were held. Mr. Volga got elected as the next council leader only for him to dissapear again on a busisness trip and return only after a new head has been elected. The Goblins, Kobolds and Kenkuâs got their own districts within the city, the junk district, the biting district and the murder district respectively(A grop of crows is called a murder and all). The former squatter also got seats int he local council, into which the local clergy started to be more and more influential.
Ferdinanât remained in the are aroud town and made a home next to the seaside, everytime he would pay a visit back to town he would bring the fresh sea breeze with him. Adapting to the sea area did wonders for his stench. He would often pay wisits to play with Jorha, the Kid of the former head noble Malvus and eventually your deeds inspired the kid to take the cloak of a ranger and become an adventurer himself, Jorha the drake warden ranger to be more exact.
Some extra ressources
My players asked me for some extra ressources for their own, I kind of forgot what the 1st was but the 2nd one we talked about was a homebrew fallout module that gave you stats for the weapons in there to adapt to DnD. You can find that module there: Weapons (5e Fallout Setting) - D&D Wiki.
If you remember what the 2nd thing was about write me and Iâll send it over
You forgot my sunglasses lol
Would it be possible to use the âtowerâ as a new HQ for my character / our characters (I would of course invite the others too to live there, and eventually ask the âGreat Mageâ a few unpleasant questions if he shows up again)?
Hmm⌠sure, why not! Better than leaving it to rot away! The âGreat Mageâ would not show up again in your time living there
Uhh, these extra resources (Fallout) sound really interesting! I canât be there next week, but if you plan to use these again, please let me know!
