As far as I understand, those are the old PF2e, not Remastered Sourcebooks
For the sourcebooks yes exactly, the adventure path, society scenarios, book of dead etc. are in theory cross-compatible with minor tweaks
Someone just reminded me to mention – In the next weeks, I planned to do sub-tier advancement so that we always have enough “eligible” players for a table. The sub-tiers for society are every 2 levels, so 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 etc.
If someone plays for the first time within a given sub-tier, they would “start” at the lower level, and the benefit of having played already at the lower level in the same sub-tier is that you would #1 have more loot & #2 might be a level higher.
If you create a character at higher levels, you start out with the “Lump Sum” of currency listed here using the rules outlined there too:
“…the player to instead start with a lump sum of currency and buy whatever common items they want, with a maximum item level of 1 lower than the character’s level.”
If you, for example, create a fresh character at level 5, you start with 270gp and can buy up to 1 3rd-level, 2 2nd-level & 1 1st-level common permanent items, as listed for level 4 in the table. You can still buy as many level 0- items as you want.
Every item has a level in the top-right of its stat block, so for example a shortsword is level 0 and would cost 9 silver:
But a +1 shortsword would take up a level 2 slot & costs 35 gold:
Uncommon & rare items can only be found through playing & potentially bought at the table.
OK, so no dual-classing.
I can to 90% be there this week. Any plans (which location)?
Probably you saw, Die Requisite
Hi! I really enjoyed the game yesterday, but sadly I can’t be there next week. Since my character is a crafter, can he modify his weapons that way, that he would apply the silver from the longsword on his kama (and attaching it a kusari fundo to be a kusari gama) and sell the now ordinary, non-silvered sword? It would look like this:
Hey, glad you enjoyed!
Yes this is totally possible, smelting the silver sword should be relatively easy and you can use the Pathfinder Society smithy at the Grand Lodge for free. Smelting this down would take 1 day of downtime, either attempting the skill check on your own or paying a blacksmith (1gp).
If we assume you got the raw materials → the crafting part is what the 7 days of downtime will be for – if you buy a formula which would for sure be available in Absalom for this (only 2gp), you will need only 1 day of set-up and can then attempt a crafting check. Here’s more detailed rules on this. We resolve this at the table next time.
Heyo, I would similarly cover my character’s shield in low-grade silver, since that seems to be the smartest thing to do. Please sign me up for that same activity
Huh, I didn’t really understood that rules but I would like to buy the formula (couldn’t find it yet, what is it called exactly?) and attempt it myself, I hope a 17 in crafting is sufficient
We roll at the table for downtime activities
Are you planning a session for this friday? I can play this week, but can’t one week later (01.Nov) because of involuntary yoga event. After that the friday of 15.Nov. (if you are planning)
Attaching the base lore for the PF games here for reference:

Hello. Can I join on Friday to Pathfinder?
Hi there, I just wanted to check if it’s still possible to join the campaign. I’d love to play Pathfinder 2. thanks
Heya, it’s open tables on a first come, first serve basis. Just keep an eye on the weekly posts for the event at Die Requisite.
Sadly, next one won’t happen before 29.11., but I plan to re-start more often then.
