Around in 1 month to 2 months. Since it is bi weekly, it would be every uneven week.
Some celebrations in my family are coming up and might now have time in two weeks.
So, in short potential starting dates are probably:

28.06
12.07 latest

So I have decided to run it in 5e 2024 edition. (pinging @Disc because I will not run 5e 2014 edition)
I will write some people, what their ideas for characters and how regularly they can attend etc.

But the setting and all you planned sounds outstanding, I’d love to join and see if I can keep up.
