Okay that is fine. I can speak for myself, polina and my +1 that we are experienced with the system, yet I understand the need to accommodate other players as well. We can prepare both T3 DnD and 5-lvl PF characters(or any other level that you would set). If on-site there would be no roaming players looking for the table could we then play some pf2e?
Sure - if everyone is onboard it’s Pathfinder.
(I’ll take some L5 pregens with me, in case someone needs a quickstart)
You are my hero, thank you for considering
Uhm so is there still a spot for me at one of the tables, if so, at which one (as if it is the PF one, id want read up on the basic rules again^^)?
You’re welcome to join & give PF a try! You’'ll pick it up fast!
um, so please unmark me again because work came up and won’t let me attend on Friday evening. Sorry, people. would’ve liked to adventure with you.
Three players at the Moonshae table right now ![]()
So definitely also a spot open there!
I need to look it up since I haven’t played anything using the PF system. So I don’t know how to create a character or anything like that. I’ll see then if I can join if you’re playing PF.
Worst case I’d have default sheets for the usual classes. Beyond that it’s not that dissimilar from 5e, they have an common ancestor after all. The differences in direct gameplay are easy to pick up.
Long term choices are a more complex topic though. ![]()
You should try it out for sure! It’s like DnD but you can do more stuff.
Ok, I’ll come and try it.
I’ll also read up on it a bit beforehand. I found a character builder (https://pathbuilder2e.com/app.html?v=108b) and might create my character there, if it’s accurate. Otherwise, I’ll just use a premade character.
Pathfinder can be overwhelming for newcomers. If you need help with finding your path, we can get in touch on discord or meet a bit earlier before the game.
By the way, how should we pick our items? Do we go in naked or use the “Items for new characters” table or any other guideline?
I have used the VALUE rules. So, with the starting gold, you can buy the grey items that you like (and can carry), and you can also buy some +1 items from the list available at Level 5.
And yes, I can come a little earlier, and we can go through my character together, if that’s okay with you (and if you’d be so kind).
It would be my pleasure
Hey, I will also join you. Would love to try PF or I can also join the other table.
Hello! I managed to get the evening free for some D&D action! I would love to join the T2 @jboimler table ![]()
@damradlart, @Nightdance, @RawEggwhite, @Tiero and @Vishous
The party travelled through an unstable moonwell to answer the Autumn Court’s call for aid. They explored the twisted and dangerous remains of Temerity Bay, facing strange fey magic and deadly guardians. After locating and closing the unstable planar rifts, they confronted the Unseelie Count Uznezzir. With his defeat, the corruption was broken and Temerity Bay was finally stabilized.

Cloak of Displacement → A cloak made from thousands of overlapping leaves. The wearer always appears to be standing where they were a moment earlier, leaving a trail of falling leaves behind them.
thank you for the session and I hope you all had as much fun as myself.
Does the crystal Blade require attunement? The source i found is from Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons. Weapon (any sword), Rare (requires attunement)
This magic sword’s blade is fashioned from a horn or spine from a crystal dragon. When you hit with an attack roll using this sword, the target takes an extra 1d8 radiant damage.
The sword has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. When you hit a creature with an attack roll using the sword, you can expend 1 charge to regain a number of hit points equal to the extra radiant damage the sword dealt.
While you’re holding the sword, you can use a bonus action to cause it to shed bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet, to cause it to shed dim light in a 10-foot radius, or to douse the light.
You found the correct item! That’s it! So yes, attunement required.
