What likely happened is the order was placed with the “Separate Characters” box ticked. This means the extra miniature would be in its own file. If the user who placed the order would like to reach out, we can reprocess an updated version of the order as a one-time exception to our normal policy.

Hey, so the order number for that mini was #9233219.
Actually, I remember when I downloaded this, I couldn’t figure out why it was in two parts. I edited it to just be one. I couldn’t see what the purpose of the multiple models was and it costs two credits for a multi-model design.
Unfortunately I didn’t save my edit so I can’t see what caused it now.
Do you want to see if they can re-issue it as you had it now that you know the reference number. If they won’t do it, then I’ll just re-download it with new credits. I still have some spares.
Well it has been a learning experience at least trying to troubleshoot it in 3D Builder, Meshmixer, and Blender…which I never used before, so there is that. I didn’t know how the credits worked but if I would have known I would have given you a heads up that it was a double layer mini and cost two credits…lesson learned. Now I know how that works I don’t want you to waste a credit for my ignorance so if you reach out to support, and are still willing, reference my ticket #179682 and it sounds like they are willing to let you reprocess it as a double mini without losing the credit you already spent. Again, so sorry for the hassle.
